gocamino the whole Way or stages...?

 I "did" the Camino in stages first. I discovered it while driving a van, went back and walked from Leon to Santiago, then finally, in 2001, walked from Roncesvalles "all the way."  
I think the first two goes only whetted my apetite for doing it all, and provided impetus needed to re-arrange my life to make six weeks available. 
That "all the way" is one of the high points of my life. 
One strange phenomenon was how unrecognizable the camino was west of Leon. I'd been on that same stretch before, but the experience was brand-new, with only an occasional deje-vu vibe cropping up now and then. 
Lots of people do the camino over and over, but I don't think I will unless I walk the Primitivo or Via de la Plata or some other path to Santiago. 
Like they say: "you can't go home again."
