[Cfp-interest 2944] TS-4 revision using new headers

At its last meeting, WG 14 directed CFP to rework the TS-4 revision draft to use new headers rather than adding to <math.h>. CFP is proceeding in two steps: (1) produce a TS-4 revision draft that addresses all the other known issues including ones from WG 14 and deliver that as an N-document; (2) try to rework that document to use headers and if successful deliver that as a subsequent N-document to replace the previous one for advancement.

[Cfp-interest 2943] (sent out earlier today) includes a link to a draft for step (1), for CFP review.
