In agreement with ISO 60559 (IEEE 754), 6.3 and 6.4 mean that given

 	double p[2] = { NAN, INFINITY };

or some more elaborate variation of this, then

 	reduc_sumsq(2, p) != reduce_sumprod(2, p, p)

because the former knows that the sum of the square of a NaN and an
INFINITY is an INFINITY whereas the latter does not.

Does this mathematical identity need to be highlighted?

The C standard is not the place to note this, but I could be wrong

Thanks - Damian
