                           Symposium Registration Information

To reserve a place at the 13th Symposium on Computer Arithmetic, complete

Full payment must accompany the completed form. All rates are in US$. All
checks must be in US Dollars, drawn on U.S. Banks. We do not accept credit
cards as payment for registration at the Symposium.

The registration rates for the Symposium are:

Early Registration (before June 15, 1997):
 IEEE Member $300
 Non-Member  $380
 Student     $150

Late/On-site Registration (after June 15, 1997):
 IEEE Member $360
 Non-Member  $450
 Student     $175

Registration fees cover attendance at all symposium sessions, morning and
afternoon refreshments, one copy of the proceedings, attendance at the
reception Sunday evening, and (except for Students) one ticket to the
Banquet at the Monterey Bay Aquarium on Monday evening. Additional tickets
to the Banquet will be available for an extra charge. To keep costs for
students to a minimum, the Student rate does not include a ticket to the
banquet.
