    I do not recall mentioning that we do have a Hough Web site.  In my 
portion, there is a part called Beyond Memory, in which I was able to 
extend the work of Uncle Tom Richardson back a generation or so.  It 
will be of interest to all those who have studied Uncle Tom's work, 
Richardson-Hartley-Arender and Related Families, a pioneer work in 
Smith County genealogy.  The Van Notes  were Dutch ancestors of Carol, 
my wife. My part of the site is accessed  at

Many people will find something of interest.  So 
far as I know, any item can be downloaded, but the laws of copyright do 
apply  as far as downloading and selling for personal gain.
