Cheri, the service  was running last November. I made a point of asking the driver of the taxi-van whether all buses were met and he assured me they were. The driver was NOT Express Burricot. I had time and went this route from Pamplona to SJPdP to save money. After plane from Florida to Madrid, train (there is now a Renfe station at the airport) to Pamplona I was exhausted and went directly to the albergue for the evening.
