Slightly late on relaying this news, from last weekend.

The
 Camino is under assault, something that was painfully obvious on my 
last Journey. Roman roads, industrial tracts, autovias and high speed 
trains are all in the mix. 

Pilgrim delegates from Spain, Portugal, Italy, Brazil and Argentina were signators to the Compostela Manifesto .. read more here ..
