[Gocamino] turigrinos, packs ahead, etc

I'm with xm on this. Let's chill and be peregrinos. I
think the only thing I get frustrated about is the
lack of space due to these turigrino groups. But ...
it's right. Medieval pilgrims had the same thing to
contend with ... and with all that, I'd give anything
to be going this year.
