There is a RENFE connection, but it is not self-evident on their Website, it 
takes a change of trains in A Coruña.

If you wanted to go from Madrid to Saria, it's a night train.

Gets you there bright and early in the AM, just get your sello and start 
walking West.

For buses, you can usually look at http://www.movelia.es , but it does not 
include Sarria as a destination.
