[Gocamino] Madrid to Pamplona /Santiago to Madrid

There is a train ticket station in the Madrid airport, so that is 
simple and easy.  There were no lines there when I bought my ticket, 
right after I got through customs.

I think that Rail Europe may add a surcharge to the tickets, I 
suggest buying from Renfe directly, or at least checking the prices 
on their website.
