[Gocamino] pilgrims abused

I am tempted to write to that French hospitalera ( in French )  and tell her 
of the bad reputation she giving herself.  And how word of mouth can work in 
someone's favour but also to someone's detriment.  Not an aggressive mail  - 
I was not party to this unfortunate experience -   but maybe she will get 
the point and be a bit more caring in future ?

Anyway, if someone has her e mail address and thinks it is a good idea,  
please send me the details
