[Gocamino] pilgrims abused

I was sorry to see this has happened. It's true,
pilgrim abuse is a tried-and-true tradition on the
camino, at least according to historic documents. But
thankfully we have these kinds of ways to spread the
news and perhaps "vote with our feet and save others
the bad experience and maybe even shut down the
baddies. 

I'm glad our Norwegian friends shared their
experience; and their very considerate way of dealing
with the problem.
