Jeff,

I suggest you the next:

Santiago-Fisterra (3-4 days)
Fisterra-Muxia (1 day)
Muxia-Santiago (3-4 days).

Best way to go to Bilbao from Muxia is going first by bus to Santiago. But,
if you enjoy so much the way from Santiago to Fisterra as I did you will
return to Santiago walking!
