[Gocamino] sncf info?

Has anyone taken the train from Charles de Gaule airport to Le Puy?
  Looking at the sncf website I found several very good connections. It seems 
the train leaves from CDG and goes directly to Lyon (and from there connects 
via St Etienne to Le Puy) without going into Paris proper. Can this be true? 
Does anyone know in which terminal the trainstation is?
