Everyone is different.  I am in Zamora now and it is raining today and
cool, very cool.  Today I will take 1 liter for 20 kms.  There are many
long stretches on the Via de la Plata and no services of any kind.
When the weather is hot I take 2 liters.  You must get understand what
your body requres.
