Getting to Ste. Jean from Biarritz

Depends where you're going to be in Biarritz.

If you're at the airport then there's a bus stop right outside the teminal
which will take you to Bayonne railway station and then train to SJPP.

You buy a ticket on the bus which you have to validate in the little machine
just past the driver's right shoulder.

Try to take in Bayonne cathedral if you have time.
