Safety

My intention in asking this question is about "safety" and its  NOT to stir the pot about politics.

How does this effect people travelling to Spain to hike El Camino, does it?

I was sent the following this morning;

"- Spanish officials report at least 131 dead as explosions rip through Madrid rail network; Basque separatist group ETA blamed.http://CNN.com"

I guess anywhere we go these days we must use common sense and well sad as it is we are never really "safe".
