trekking poles

I swear by trekking poles. I don't know if I would have made it uninjured to
Santiago without my Leki trekking poles. I loaned them to a friend this
year, so even though I've only walked to Santiago once, my poles have been
there twice.

You can certainly buy a pair in Pamplona, Logrono, Leon, etc. There is a
Spanish brand "Coronel Tapiocca" which sell at a good price there.
