Were to get pilgrim credential in Pamplona

He can get it at the Episcopal Palace in Pamplona.  The palace is located three short blocks from the Cathedral and the Cathedral's museum. Coming out of the Cathedral, or the museum, and turning left,  there is a very narrow cobbled street; to the left of that street, three blocks down, there is a small square fronted by the Episcopal Palace. Entering the palace there is a long window to the right; pilgrim credentials may be obtained there.
