Bars

So when you say "bars" on the Camino, do you mean pub type facilities?  Are
they restaurants that sell alcohol or are they primarily drinking
establishments that sell some food on the side?

Many Spanish "bars" also have rooms for rent, often but not always above the
premesis itself. Some of the ones I encountered were excellent, with large,
relatively modern, bathroom facilities, quiet surroundings and comfortable
beds.
