What portion for 7 days?

Hola Rosiana y M.Parker,

My friend and I are planning on walking a portion of the El Camino in late
August or September of 2004.  Because of our work and over seas travel, we
can only spend about 7 days walking (we may come back other years).

What portion of El Camino would you or someone suggest we walk for that
period of time?  We have experience in week long backpacking trips in the
NorthAmerican Rockies and both have a simple working knowledge of Spanish.
We have travelled overseas before.

We are interested Spiritual aspect of this walk.   Thank you for any help or
comments.   Please excuse the broad form of these questions, I may ask more
detailed questions later.
