"Mature" walking

I dont know the name of the saint; he was a grizzled old shepherd in Lugo province of Galicia. We had a glass of wine on top a hill where he and his mates were cutting hay. The Santiago quote was about the only thing I could understand of his speech: it was all Gallego! but we managed. I do know his perrito was named "Puppy!"
