I'm wondering if Gretchen ever got the recipes she is looking for. As I am
putting together the winter newsletter for "Friends," might a "Recipe of the
season"  be a section members would be interested in reading? I have several
spanish=language cookbooks -- 2 of them devoted solely to the Camino foods --
and would be able to offer a translation of one of the recipes in a
newsletter, with appropriate footnoting of course.
