I spent a lovely night in Vega del Valcarce before
tackling O Cebreiro the next morning. Great albergue
with a kitchen on the outside balcony, and I stayed up
later chatting with some pilgrims without waking
anyone who was sleeping in the dormitories. The
result: a beautiful town with lovely people the day
before, and a leisurely 12-km. walk and climb the next
day. I got to O Cebreiro refreshed and eager to
explore.
