evening clothing

As Howard suggested, the zip-leg pants work great. They come in Nylon so
they wash up easily and the darker colors work fine for evening wear. They
may not make it at a nightclub but they will suffice for dinner in almost
any casual place. For what it's worth, I found a pair on sale at REI last
week. You can order them on-line.

Beware of cotton, wool and other fibers that don't dry well. Unless you plan
to routinely do laundry in the formal sense, figure that wash out and dry
over night will be the norm. Good luck!!
