One seal, two seal

Hi Bob,
I don't remember when the two-seal requimenet was enacted,.... but
I've managed to wrestle a few extra days off and will fly to Santiago next Monday night for a few days of picture-taking with my trusted F4 (which cannot be taken on pilgrimage because it weighs a ton).  I'll be there until Saturday a.m. when I'll fly to Seville for Holy Week.
While in Santiago I'll try to find out what I can about the two-seal procedure.
