tarta de Santiago

In a book of Spanish food I saw a beautiful picture of tarta de Santiago covered with powdered sugar with an elaborate cross on top.  Anyone know where to purchase the template for the cross.  The one in the book was metal, someone told me they're now made of plastic.  You put the cross template on the top of the cake, pour on the powdered sugar, remove the template and ther you have the design.

Any leads on where to shop will be much appreciated.
