Refuge at St. Jean

Can anyone please tell me where to obtain a credential in St. Jean? According
to the list I have here, I see that the refuge does not open until May 15, so
where else could I obtain one?
Also, if anybody knows of a good place to stay there, I would appreciate the
information.
