I think I have had the opportunity to mention this
link in the past but just as a security.

For refugios, check out the site of the Spanish
Consumer review. They have a complete (as of july
1999) guide of the Camino and of the refuges. You may
or may not agree with their opinion on the refuges,
but it's still one of the most complete listing I have
found. Plus, it's free, and downloadable. And it still
works:
