Hello,

Thank you Dan.  It would be very helpful for additional information regarding
this situation as it relates to Northern Spain. I will be
traveling to Logrono to continue the journey westward in early
May returning to the USA from Santiago in early June.

Has anyone had any dealings with US Custom Inspectors carrying a backpack
since the Foot and Mouth outbreak?  I have read that there was a "confined"
situation in Galicia.  The cattle were destroyed.

I appreciate this advisory and ask that any information be shared.
I am a US citizen.
