bus from bilbao-pamplona

I read in the cjs booklet that there are four 'coaches' per day from Bilboa
to Pamplona.  does anyone know about the schedule.. or where it might be
found.  I've searched-to no avail.

I would like to know this schedule and any opinion about bus travel vs.
train.  I believe there is only one train per day (bilb-pamp) and would like
a bit more flexibility.  thanks.
