Don't just carry a map, but also a guidebook like the Practical Guide by
Millan Bravo Lozanos, not the Practical Guide from the Tourist Office.
Maybe there is something better, but one with more detail is published by El
Pais.  All available in Pamplona and all large bookshops--and some small.

Just follow the maps thru the cities, too, tho you'll find yellow arrows
there too.
