Rae,

I went to Barcelona and then on to Bretagne, France.  I got an okay deal by
booking a flight from Santiago to Barcelona at the Pilgrim's Office.  I think
it was around 17,000 pst.  Once in Barcelona, I found I had to adapt to no
longer being a pilgrim.  Maybe if you made all of your arrangements from
Santiago, it would help.
