This is to go into some technical documentation, e.g. given some type T 
and using the definitions for Unit in the Last Place and the UnderFlow 
Threshold, one could write

 	SPF(T) = ULP(UFT(T))

The question is whether SPF is the clearest three letter acronym.

You could also replace 'Smallest' with the word 'Least'
