[cfp-interest 3552] Tiniest Positive Non-Zero floating number number

This is a question of nomenclature and maybe programming style and has 
nothing to do with the standard but everything to do with experience.

The abbreviation of the above type f number could be

 	TPNZ

Then again, in our search for 3-letter acronyms and the ease with which 
humans remember these, it could also be

 	SPF - Smallest Positive Finite
or
 	SPD - Smallest Positve Denormal
or
 	TPF - Tiniest Positive Finite
or
 	TFP - Tiniest Finite Positive

Which of these is both most precise and easiest on the eye and brain.

I have excluded "tiniest positive denormal" as a tautology because a 
floating point number exhibiting IEEE 754 "tininess" is a denormal.
