[Cfp-interest 2956] reserved prefix for augmented arithmetic functions

Following up on an action item

I’m thinking aug is too generic a function prefix to be reserved. Would you object to changing to aug_? Then the functions would be aug_add, aug_sub and aug_mul. The underscore would be consistent with the style for the reduction function names, e.g. reduc_sum, in TS-4.
