Yes, except for the entry we’re adding to part 4 for the paper about emulating augmented arithmetic operations. The entries pertain to parts of the Introduction which are the same in both.

That's in Clause 3 Normative references. The ISO/IEC Directives say the Bibliography is just for informative references.
