Missing "in <float.h>" in F.2.1#2 after "NAN and INFINITY macros".

Seems to me we got the naming wrong for:
 SNANF ->  D32_SNAN  ->  DEC32_SNAN
 SNAN  ->  D64_SNAN  ->  DEC64_SNAN
 SNANL ->  D128_SNAN ->  DEC128_SNAN
We went first column to second column.
I believe we should have gone to third column.
N2617 fixed this. [Note:  not listed in abstract]
But, then my N2710 messed it back up.
J.6.1 and J.6.2 will need fixing once you do this correction.

In F.3#3: Swap "fmax" and "fmin" in first sentence.
[N2711 has edit against Annex X -- still to be checked]

OK.  But, I see both triple symbol "+/-" and single symbol "+-".
There may be other places with the same triple symbol which should be
single symbol.

When applied, it was split into two items and the word "just" was
added.  This seems worse than what we wanted.
