On Sep 11 I hiked from near Grouse Gap to Siskiyou Summit.    Seasonal water
is everywhere at the high elevations, but not looking very permanent.
 
There were trees across the trail between 1711.6 Mt Ashland Rd and 
1714.9 road.    At least two would be difficult or impassible for stock,
up to 24" diameter lying at inconvenient heights on steep slopes.

Further on, near 1716.9 Small Power Line, there were similar large trees,
one a short distance on either side of the power line.    At least one is
definitely impassible for stock.
