[pct-l 11] PCT south from Echo Lakes to Tuolumne

Thanks much, David, for setting this up!  (Did the old pct-l die?)

Several questions:  I hope to hike south from Echo Lakes to Tuolumne
Meadows starting the very end of August or very beginning of September.
Wildfires?  Smoke?  Are streams still running high?  Bugs?  Any trail
suggestions?  Thanks much.
