You requested the original "IEEE test vectors".  I'll send
them this weekend.  Given that their separation into files
and filenames were tied to the capacities of Apple II
floppies, you might not want to maintain too close an
association to their original form!  Just to be good sports,
we could send the years' amendments to Zilog, Inc., which
funded the original development.
