This mail is going to the NCEG mailing list. I will make the
announcement to all of X3J11 soon if no major problems are found.
The NCEG papers that were voted out for X3J11 review are
available by ftp now. Just use anonymous ftp to ftp.dmk.com and cd to
the directory DMK/nceg where you will find a README file along with
the papers themselves.
