[Gocamino] ATM cards with chips

Hi Glenn and all,
A friend from the US stayed with me for three months this summer. She 
had a Visa card without a chip and it worked just fine for drawing 
money. There can be problems using them on the more dedicated machines 
such as ticket issuing machines.
