[Gocamino] Shipping a small suitcase from Sevilla to Salamanca

Hi all,
     I think we have to be a little careful here.  As I understand it, 
the two week restriction applies to the Post Office in Santiago only and 
was imposed because they were becoming flooded with parcels.  So what 
other Post Offices in other towns are doing may not be relevant.  What's 
needed is for someone with recent local knowledge of the situation in 
Santiago to bring us up to speed with this.
