"The Xacobean people have announced that the five temporary albergues opened during 2010 will become permanent. 
This increases the number of new Xacobean-sponsored albergues to ten."

Where are the new albergues?

PS...I have my plane tickets and will be starting once again in St Jean April 28th.  Hopefully the Route de Napoleon will be free from snow.
I would love to see the Pyrenees in all their glory one more time.
