Not too bad - you would be a couple of weeks or more after the equinox.

Should I bring my sleeping bag, or will a silk and fleece liner be enough?

A silk liner was enough for me when I did it, abut I had to ask for "mantas" (blankets) in a couple of places.

How are the waymarkings?

Quite good, with the distances marked to the nearest 100m! Some have been vandalized however and I did miss one that resulted in my taking a highway detour for the last few km into Negreira.
