[Gocamino] Is there a consensus on easiest way to get from USto St. Jean?

Yet another consideration is where you are flying from in the US.  I live in 
Colorado and it was easier and cheaper for me to fly to London, then to 
Biarritz/Bayonne and take the train to St. Jean.  Flying either to Madrid or 
Paris would have added a great deal to the trip, since RyanAir had such 
cheap "hops" at the time I went.

Living on the east coast would probably make it easier to fly to Madrid.
