This thread alone make this forum valuable to me.

When I was in Spain, I found the bus system much easier to deal with.  Are
there any site that integrate bus/train travel in English?  Any sites that
deal with the bus system in English?

Bastante Facil,
 
You create an account on RENFE, use any credit card, and make your
reservations. Use an Email that will work in Europe, not something based on
an individual PC (use Webmail from Hotmail, GMail or Yahoo). I've made
reservations from the USA, Spain and France on RENFE, no problema.
