I am hiking the Camino Frances this summer from early June to early August. Will a silk liner do for sleep wear? It will add 10 degrees F. of insulation between me and the air. Or do I need a 40 degree weight sleeping bag? It seems a lot to carry with me when a silk sheet is so small. Thanks for the advice, Bridget
