Credenciales are available in Madrid at the Catedral de la Almudena. The Catedral is at the left center of the red box on the Madrid 1 map. The Catedral Metro station is Opera. If you need Metro directions, just ask.

On the bottom left of the map is an area outlined in red. On the left you see a green area, the Campo del Moro, right next to it is the Palacio Real, just beneath that is the Catedral de la Almudena. There is a door on Calle Bailén for the Arzobispo de Madrid. Walk through that door and ask the girl at the reception desk for the guy who handles the Credenciales. He may wish to instill upon you on the cosmic weightiness of the Journey, just smile, nod and say 'vale'.
